Bhim Army did not incite violence: Chandra Shekhar Azad

The Saharanpur Police have registered an FIR under various sections of lockdown violation and Epidemic Diseases Act against the Bhim Army chief Chandra Shekhar Azad. ''If the villagers would have raised their voice for the Hathras rape victim, then outsiders need not interfere. But the administration did not conduct a proper probe,'' said Chandra Shekhar Azad.
