BEWARE! It is snowing in upper areas of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir

While Delhi-NCR, Uttarakhand and Kerala are seeing heavy rainfall, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir are seeing snow. The upper ranges of the valley have been snow-covered since early Monday morning.

IMD has asked the people to be alert.
