Asansol: Two children tied to electric post and beaten

A shocking video has surfaced from West Bengal's Asansol in which two minors can be seen tied to an electric pole and beaten mercilessly by a crowd. The locals alleged that the two children had stolen a mobile phone. However, instead of handing them over to the police, these men took law in their own hands and beat up the young boys.
