56 percent believe Vikas Dubey surrendered in Ujjain: C-voter survey

During the debate of Seedha Sawal, ABP News showed the results of C-voter survey which was done on the arrest of Vikas Dubey. The results showed how 56 percent of the voters opined that the capture of Vikas Dubey was actually a surrender. 24 percent believed that the Uttar Pradesh government had failed and 20 percent said that MP police did a successful job.
