54.85% people voted in Phase 2 from UP, 7.33% declination seen since 2019 | ABP News

Lok Sabha Elections phase 2 voting saw 68.48% voting which is 1.62% lower than 2019 voting which was 70.10%. Every region which has elections saw a decline in voting percentage. It is questionable to see who gets benefit from it and who loses the fight.
