HP Rains: Tractor Trolley topples over due to floods in Shimla | ABP News

A tractor trolley toppled over due to the floods in Shimla. Rescue attempts were made to bring the individuals in it to safety. The flow of water was extremely high of the Chambi lake due which led to the fall of the tractor. The individual in the tractor climbed to the top of the tractor and was able to be rescued.
