Farmers announce NO 'Chakka Jam' in Delhi, UP & Uttarakhand, emergency services allowed

Today is the 73rd day of the farmer movement and today, under the chakka jam of farmers, preparations have been made to close the National Highway from 12 noon to 3 pm. From 12 noon to 3 pm, farmers' organizations will jam all over the country today. However, Rakesh Tikait has announced that there will be no jam in Delhi, UP and Uttarakhand.
