Challan against Vivek Oberoi for riding bike without helmet

Mumbai Traffic police have taken action against the actor Vivek Oberoi under traffic rules. A challan has been issued against him for riding a bike without wearing a helmet. The pictures have also surfaced in which Vivek is seen riding the bike without helmet. A lady is also seen with Vivek in these pictures but her identity has not been revealed yet.
