Mumbai Rain: Services At Sion Railway Station Suspended

Due to continuous heavy rains, there is accumulation of water between Ambernath and Badlapur and on harbour line at Chunabhatti. Therefore, rail traffic has been suspended beyond Ambernath and on Harbour line between Vadala and Kurla. Two people died while another was injured in in rain-related incidents in Maharashtra, battered by intense rainfall for nearly a week, as the IMD warned on Saturday that more heavy showers are expected in the next 24 hours.
