Massive fire in Delhi's hotel; Ground report from Karol Bagh
A massive fire broke out in Delhi’s Karol Bagh in the early hours on Tuesday. As of now, the fire department reported that fifteen people including a child have been killed in the Arpit Palace Hotel fire which broke at 4 am. It is said that the blaze was reported on the second to the fourth floor were ingulfed. The basement and ground floor were unaffected.
Thirteen seriously injured were sent to the nearby RML Hospital and all were declared dead. Five people were sent to Lady Hardinge hospital where two were declared dead. A total of 35 people have been rescued by the fire department.
A total of 27 fire tenders were sent to the spot and search operation is underway at the hotel.
