After the Congress extend support to the JD(S) in forming the next government in Karnataka where the election is likely to throw up a hung Assembly, JD(S) spokesman Danish Ali on Tuesday said his party has accepted the Congress' offer.
"The Congress party has extended its support and we have accepted it," Danish said.
"JD(S) had always maintained that HD Kumaraswamy will be CM. As per results, we're doing everything to keep BJP out of power," he added.
Danish said both the JD(S) and the Congress will jointly go to meet Governor after 5.30 pm today.
