Bihar Congress leader Ashok Chaudhary had demanded recognition as a separate faction in the Legislative Council. But after his demand not get fullfilled, he announced to join JDU along with three other Congress leader Tanweer Akhtar, Ramchandra Bharti and Dileep Chaudhary.
