India vision 2047: Nayab Singh Saini Defends Haryana Government on Employment and Development
Speaking at the ABP Network India@2047 Conclave, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini highlighted his government's efforts to boost employment, industrial growth, and public welfare in the state. During a candid conversation with senior anchor Chitra Tripathi, he addressed key issues including inflation, job creation, teacher recruitment, and economic development. Saini emphasized that his government prioritized employment generation immediately after the elections, claiming that 25,000 youth received joining letters even before the new government formally took office. He presented this as evidence of the administration’s commitment to providing transparent and timely employment opportunities. The Chief Minister also discussed the recently launched Haryana New Industrial Policy 2026, unveiled in Gurugram. According to him, the policy received a strong response from investors, with Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹10,000 crore being signed on the very first day. He said the initiative is expected to attract investment, create jobs, and strengthen Haryana’s position as an industrial hub. In the political segment of the interview, Saini criticized both the Aam Aadmi Party and Congress, arguing that people are increasingly looking toward development-oriented governance. He also spoke about the influence of the BJP-led “double-engine government” model and its growing appeal in neighboring Punjab.
