Ghanti Bajao: Why is India performing military exercise with Pak?

India is participating in military exercise being undertaken in Russia. But apart from India and Russia, Pakistan is present in this exercise too. Now, questions are being raised that how come Navjot Singh Sidhu's hug to Pakistan Army Chief was not right but military exercise is?
The answer is that this exercise is called as Peace Exercise which is being done by Russia to put an impression on terrorists that action can be strong and impactful
