Jallikattu: Story of a Malayalam Movie that may get India an Oscar!

Jallikattu, a Malayalam language film has been selected as the official entry of India for the 93rd Academy Awards (also known as Oscars). The plot of the movie revolved around a bull that escapes from a slaughterhouse and the entire village gathers to hunt down the animal.

The film stars Anthony Varghese and is directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.
