Congress' South Delhi candidate Vijender Singh while talking to ABP news said that many of the voters are complaining that their votes are being deleted after they cast vote.
Amid reports of EVM glitches, the national capital recorded 20.37 per cent polling till 11 am on Sunday, officials said.
Voting began at 7 am and is scheduled to go on till 6 pm.
President Ram Nath Kovind, Congress President Rahul Gandhi, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj were among noted personalities who cast their vote.
