Two houses are located in the compound; one is modeled after an Italian Tuscan villa, while the other is a six-bedroom house just behind it. By asking sellers to sign non-disclosure agreements, Musk has demonstrated his commitment to transaction confidentiality.
Additionally, it stated that Musk made offers to homeowners that were 20–70% higher than the houses' market values.
