You Don't Have Any Work: SC Pulls Up Lawyer On PIL Seeking GST Exemption For Face Masks & Sanitizers

The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking exemption on face masks and hand sanitizers from the Goods and Services Tax. Heading a three-member bench, Justice NV Ramana also pulled up the lawyer for the petition saying: "You are an advocate, and we think you do not have any work at this time. But it does not mean that you will file anything."
