The first pictures of India's fugitive diamond merchant Mehul Choksi have surfaced from Dominica. Mehul Choksi is in the custody of the Criminil Investigation Department (CID) in Dominica. He was arrested four days ago. Mehul's pictures have surfaced in which he is seen locked in jail.
