A look at the multiple adjournments during Monsoon Session 2021 | Ghanti Bajao | August 11, 2021

The proceedings of the Lok Sabha were adjourned indefinitely today. The session, which was supposed to go on till August 13, was concluded two days before the scheduled time. This was mainly due to the uproar by the opposition parties over the Pegasus espionage scandal .  Out of the 96 hours allotted for the session, the work could not be completed for a total of 74 hours and 46 minutes.
