Gol gappa is a popular street food in many parts of the country. This street snack has even crossed borders and appeared on international cooking shows such as MasterChef Australia. Though it is known by various names such as pani puri and puchka, the concept remains the same. It has a smorgasbord of flavours, including tangy, spicy, sweet, and sour.
