Reigning European champions Spain outclass France 5-4 in the semi-final of the UEFA Nations League 2025 to advance to the Final, set to be played on June 9 against Portugal.

Kylian Mbappe started an improbable comeback with a goal from the spot, before Lamine Yamal restored four-goal lead with a brilliant goal.
A franctic exchange of passes and some brilliant individual moments saw France score 3 late goals but that was not enough, as Spain prevailed with a one-goal lead at full-time whistle.
"When two great teams like this play, you sometimes see a lot of goals. They will make you suffer until the end but we went to the final despite the mistakes we made. We were aware of what we wanted to do. We wanted to make history. The greatest thing when you are winning is to keep winning," said Lamine Yamal, who was awarded the Player of the Match.
Another Barcelona starlet shone in Spain's win, as Pedri was influencial in his side' build-up gameplay.

"The most important thing is winning and reaching the next match, the final. But of course, conceding those goals means we need to improve, to control the match better in the final minutes and not suffer so much."
