'KulCha Is Back!': Yuzvendra Chahal Comes Up With Hilarious Reply To Kuldeep Yadav's Praise, Video Goes Viral
Kuldeep Yadav's clinical spell helped India defeat the Lankan Lions in IND vs SL 2nd ODI, take a series-winning 2-0 lead in the three-match ODI series.
India vs Sri Lanka: Team India's young leg-spinner Kuldeep Yadav ended with remarkable bowling figures of 3/51 in India vs Sri Lanka 2nd ODI and was named 'Player of the match' for his heroics. Yadav's clinical spell helped India defeat the Lankan Lions to take a series-winning 2-0 lead in the three-match ODI series at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Thursday.
Kuldeep had replaced Yuzvendra Chahal in India XI vs Sri Lanka as the latter wasn't available due to a sore right shoulder. After the match got over, Chahal interacted with Yadav. During this post-match interaction, Kuldeep Yadav thanked Chahal for his suggestions and inputs which helped him.
"I would like to thank you for your suggestions. You played the entire T20I series and the previous one-dayer as well. I was coming into white ball cricket straight from a Test match. You gave inputs. Since you were playing so much with the boys, you had an idea of how to bowl, so thank you for it," Kuldeep said in a video posted by BCCI's official Twitter handle.
In reply to Yadav's praise, Chahal hilariously said that after already being Suryakumar Yadav's batting coach, he has now become Kuldeep's bowling coach as well.
"Surya ke to hum batting coach hain, ab Kuldeep Yadav ke bhi bowling coach ban gaye. Yeh note kar lijiye. (I am already Surya's batting coach; now I am Kuldeep Yadav's bowling coach too.)"
