Sri Lankan captain, Dasun Shanaka won the toss and has put Bangladesh into bat first. At the toss, Shanaka said, 'The youngsters are doing a good job and they are very confident as well.'

Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah said that they have batted first. and Bangladesh needs to adapt to the conditions. "Hopefully it'll be a good one to bat on," he said.
