AUS Vs SA: South Africa have made an astonishing start to the World Test Championship 2025 Final, as their pacers have affected four Australian dismissals within the Morning session at the Lord's Cricket Ground in London on Wednesday, June 11.
Australia are currently 67/4 at Lunch, Day 1, as the reigning Test champions have lost Usman Khawaja (0), Cameron Green (4), Marnus Labuschagne (17), and Travis Head (11) inside the space of 24 overs.
It was literally a frantic exchange of ball & air with the bat, as overcast conditions helped the pacers assert their dominance. The first three overs went maiden, and the pressure got the better off Usman Khawaja and Cameron Green, as they were dismissed within the same over by Kagiso Rabada.
Marco Jansen joined the party too by breaking the resilience of Marnus Labuschagne. Last edition's Player of the Match Travis Head failed to leave an impact in this edition's 1st innings, as he fell for 11 by edging the ball down the leg.
