From Virat Kohli To Gautam Gambhir: How Indian Cricketers Reacted To The India-Pakistan Conflict

Indian cricketers, past and present, expressed solidarity with the armed forces amid rising tensions between India and Pakistan.

Notably, the India-Pakistan conflict also led to the suspension of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season 2025.

Current and former Indian cricketers took a united stand after Indian forces launched precision strikes on terror camps in Pakistan and PoK under Operation Sindoor, in response to the deadly terror attack in Jammu & Kashmir’s Pahalgam which claimed 26 lives.

The India-Pakistan conflict—which has involved missile strikes, air raid warnings and increased troop activity along the Line of Control and in several Indian border cities—has raised serious security concerns and led to the suspension of IPL 2025 on Friday.
