Australia have registered a comprehensive 86-run victory in the 3rd ODI, and with that, the reigning Women's ODI World champions have completed a series whitewash over England Women.
For her exceptional performance against England Women today, Ashleigh Gardner was awarded the Player of the Match.
"I have been searching for it (century) for so long. There was certainly some emotions when I got to that mark. I got back to the changing room and let it sink in. It was a great win for us. King also took a fifer in the end and it was a all-around performance from everyone. I haven't scored too much centuries throughout my career," said Ashleigh Gardner.
"With Mooney, it was an important partnership. T-Mac (McGrath) is also back and she will take a lot of confidence from it. It was a really emotional moment for me when I got to the hundred. (On that catch) I actually misjudged it. That's why I took it one-handed. The boundary was close to me. We don't practice it too much but really happy to pull that off," she added.
