- 220 Gram Dark chocolate chips
- 50 Gram White chocolate chips
- 8 Piece Jalebis
- 25 Gram Mixed nuts, roasted & chopped
- Rose petals
Main Procedure
Step 1
Put dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl separately, place it in micro and cook until both the chocolate melts completely [chocolate can be melted by using double boiler method also], stir occasionally for uniform cooking.
Step 2
Remove from microwave, dip the jelebis in dark chocolate, coat well and place it on a wire rack, drizzle the white chocolate over dark jelabis to create a pattern as per your liking, finally sprinkle chopped nuts and rose petals and place the jelebis in the refrigerator for a while to set.
Step 3
Once set transfer them on a serving dish and savour it on the occasion of chocolate day.
