- 1 Liter Full Cream Milk
- 2 Piece Apple
- 4 Tablespoon Sugar
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 7 Piece Saffron Strands (soaked in warm milk)
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Nuts
Main Procedure
Step 1
Take a heavy bottomed pan and boil milk in it. Let it simmer on low flame, stirring occasionally, until it reduces to half.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron milk. Mix well.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and let the rabri cool slightly.
Step 4
Once cooled to lukewarm, add in the grated apples and mix it gently.
