Ingredients

  • 220 Gram All Purpose Flour
  • 150 Gram Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Milk
  • 80 Milliliter Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Piece Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

Main Procedure

Step 1

Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a muffin tray and lightly grease each cup with butter to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Take a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

Step 3

Take another bowl and add in the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix it together until it's combined well.

Step 4

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and mix gently. Avoid overmixing to keep the muffins light and fluffy.

Step 5

Add in the blueberries to the batter. Ensure that they aren't crushed.

Step 6

Add the batter into the muffin cups and fill each cup about ¾ full.

Step 7

Place the muffin tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let the muffins bake till they rise properly till the become golden brown.

Step 8

Once done, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool down. Serve them warm or at room temperature and enjoy.

Step 9

You can also drizzle the muffins with honey or dust with powdered sugar for an added taste.
