Ingredients
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Can Cooked Beans
- 1 Cup Corn
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 Piece Green Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2 Pinch Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coriander

Main Procedure
Step 1
Cook The Quinoa: Take a pot, add water to it and bring it to boil. Add the quinoa, reduce heat to low, cover it and simmer for about 5 minutes. Set it aside and let it cool down.
Step 2
Prepare The Dressing: Take a small bowl, add in olive olive, lime juice, cumin, chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together properly.
Step 3
Combine Other Ingredients: In a large bowl, add in the cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, and coriander.
Step 4
Toss And Serve: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve it immediately or let it cool down and then serve.
