- 1 Cup Kuttu Ka Atta (buckwheat flour)
- 0.5 Cup Grated Lauki (bottle gourd)
- 1 Piece Green Chilli
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 Pinch Black Pepper Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Ghee or Vrat-Friendly Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Sendha Namak (rock salt)
Main Procedure
Step 1
Take a bowl and mix kuttu flour with grated lauki, green chillies, rock salt, cumin, and black pepper.

Add water gradually to the bowl to form a smooth and flowing batter.
