Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kuttu Ka Atta (buckwheat flour)
  • 0.5 Cup Grated Lauki (bottle gourd)
  • 1 Piece Green Chilli
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Pinch Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Ghee or Vrat-Friendly Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Sendha Namak (rock salt)

Main Procedure

Step 1

Take a bowl and mix kuttu flour with grated lauki, green chillies, rock salt, cumin, and black pepper.

Step 2

Add water gradually to the bowl to form a smooth and flowing batter.

Step 3

Take a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with ghee.
