Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoon Ghee
- 2 Cup Makhana
- 1 Liter Milk
- Pistachios (boiled)
- Almonds (chopped)
- Raisins (soaked & chopped)
- 0.5 Cup Sugar
- Almond powder
- Saffron (soaked)

Main Procedure
Step 1
Heat ghee in the pan, and add Makhana in it, and roast lightly in low flame, till it becomes crisp.
Step 2
Add milk and stir continuously until it boils.
Step 3
Let it simmer on a low flame for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add in the chopped pistachios, almonds, and raisins, and mix everything together nicely.
Step 5
Stir in the sugar, almond powder, and saffron strands, blending all the ingredients well.
Step 6
The delicious and aromatic Special Makhana Kheer is now ready to be served warm or chilled.
