Ingredients
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 Piece Zucchini (sliced)
- 1 Piece Red Onion (sliced)
- 1 Piece Carrot
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano or Mixed Herbs
- 4 Tablespoon Hummus
- 2 Piece Whole Wheat or Multigrain Wraps
- Crumbled Feta or Grilled Paneer
- Salt
- Pepper

Main Procedure
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Toss all the sliced vegetables on a baking tray with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Roast for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each wrap.
Step 5
Layer with all the roasted veggies. Add in the feta cheese or paneer.
