Ingredients

  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Piece Zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 Piece Red Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Piece Carrot
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano or Mixed Herbs
  • 4 Tablespoon Hummus
  • 2 Piece Whole Wheat or Multigrain Wraps
  • Crumbled Feta or Grilled Paneer
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Main Procedure

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Toss all the sliced vegetables on a baking tray with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Step 3

Roast for about 20-25 minutes.

Step 4

Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each wrap.

Step 5
