Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • ½ Banana Sliced Or Berries For Topping
  • 0.5 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Cup Milk or water for lighter version
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

Main Procedure

Step 1

In a small saucepan for other liquid, bring the milk or water to boil over medium heat. Then, put in the liquid filled pan on the side for later use.

Step 2

Add the rolled oats while stirring from time to time to help the oats not stick to the base of the pan. During these five to seven minutes the oats must become soft and creamy.

Step 3

Turn down the heat and mix in the peanut butter making sure to fully combine and smoothen out any clumps.

Step 4

Sweeten and Flavour: Add a dash of cinnamon (if desired) and sweeten with honey or maple syrup. Mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Serve and Garnish: Place into a serving bowl. Garnish with banana slices, berries, and chopped nuts & seeds.
