Ingredients

  • Baked Yoghurt
  • 50 Gram Whipped Cream 50 gm
  • 1 Piece Fresh Ripe Mango
  • 50 Gram FOR BAKED YOGHURT: Yoghurt - 50 gm
  • 50 Gram Cream 50 gm
  • 50 Gram Milk Maid 50 gm

Main Procedure

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together nicely without any lumps.

Step 2

Put in the mix in the desired bowl.

Step 3

Bake it in the water bath at 150°C for 25 minutes or as required OR Cook under a double boiler until its cooked and set

Step 4

Once baking is done take out from the oven and keep it out side till to get room temperature.

Step 5

ASSEMBLING & GARNISHING: Take out the baked yoghurt in a bowl, add whipped cream and mix it with the help of spatula or spoon to make it smooth consistency and put in a piping bag and pipe in the glass or Jar.

Step 6

Peel the mango nicely and cut it into a nice medium size cubes.

Step 7

Garnish with the mango cubes on the mango yoghurt cream and edible flower in the glass and serve chilled.
