Ingredients
- 1 Cup Kuttu
- 2 Piece Potatoes (boiled)
- 2 Piece Green Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Ghee or Peanut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander
- Sendha Namak
- Water
Main Procedure
Step 1
Rinse the kuttu thotoughly and soak it for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the water after soaking.
Step 2
Take a pan and heat ghee or oil in it. Add cumin seeds and wait for them to splutter.
Step 3
Add green chilles and boiled potatoes. Saute for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Add the drained kuttu groats or flour. Mix well with the potatoes and stir gently.
Step 5
Add sendha namak according to your taste and mix properly.
Step 6
Pour in about 1 to 1.5 cups of water and then cover it with a lid. Let it cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
After that, lift the lid and make sure that the buckwheat is tender and fluffy. Once done, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it with a bowl of curd or glass of buttermilk.
