Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets (steamed)
  • 0.5 Cup Quinoa
  • 0.5 Cup Peas
  • 1 Piece Avocado
  • 10 Piece Salted Almonds
  • 0.5 Cup Basil Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Main Procedure

Step 1

Take a blender and add in the fresh basil leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic clove, salt, and pepper in it. Blend it all together and create a smooth and tangy dressing.

Step 2

Take quinoa and wash it properly. After that, take a pan add water in it along with quinoa and let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3

Take another pan and steam the broccoli florets till they turn tender and vibrant green in colour.

Step 4

Take a medium sized bowl and add quinoa, steamed broccoli, boiled peas, avocado, and almonds in it. Mix everything properly.

Step 5

On top of it, pour the creamy and tangy basil dressing and gently toss it.

Step 6

Top the refreshing and light salad with a few basil leaves. Serve the nutrient packed salad and enjoy it fresh.
