Step 2

Add a pinch of salt and a small pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) for added flavour.

Step 3

Gradually add water and knead into a soft and smooth dough.

Step 4

FOR FILLING: In a separate bowl, add sattu, crumbled paneer, finely chopped onion, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, salt to taste, a pinch of red chilli powder, and a pinch of coriander powder and mix with a spoon of mustard oil, this helps bind the filling and enhances the flavour.

Roll out each ball slightly, place a portion of the filling in the center, and seal the edges.

Gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat, round paratha using light pressure.

Step 8

Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.

Step 9

Apply ghee or butter while roasting to get a crispy and flavourful finish.

Step 10

SERVE: Serve hot with curd, pickle, or green chutney for a wholesome and delicious meal.
