North Indian Know How To Prepare High-Protein Sattu Paneer Paratha At Home

Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour/ Multi Grain Flour
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Ajwain
- 4 Tablespoon Sattu - 4 spoon
- 200 Gram Paneer - 200 gram
- Onion (Finely Chopped)
- Coriander Leaf
- 2 Piece Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Butter or Ghee (To Cook)
Main Procedure
FOR DOUGH: In a mixing bowl, take whole wheat flour or multi-grain flour – whichever you prefer.
Add a pinch of salt and a small pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) for added flavour.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft and smooth dough.
FOR FILLING: In a separate bowl, add sattu, crumbled paneer, finely chopped onion, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, salt to taste, a pinch of red chilli powder, and a pinch of coriander powder and mix with a spoon of mustard oil, this helps bind the filling and enhances the flavour.
ASSEMBLE AND COOK: Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball slightly, place a portion of the filling in the center, and seal the edges.
Gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat, round paratha using light pressure.
Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
Apply ghee or butter while roasting to get a crispy and flavourful finish.
SERVE: Serve hot with curd, pickle, or green chutney for a wholesome and delicious meal.
