Dessert Know How To Make A Delicious And Moist Carrot Cake
This moist and flavourful carrot cake is a delightful dessert, packed with grated carrots, warm spices, and a rich cream cheese frosting, making it perfect for celebrations or a sweet indulgence.

- 2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 4 Piece Carrot (medium, grated)
- 1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 0.5 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
- 10 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 0.5 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Piece Egg
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 0.5 Cup Raisins
- 225 Gram Cream Cheese
- 4 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Main Procedure
Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease round cake pans.
Take a large bowl and sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
Take another bowl and mix granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and oil. Mix everything together until it's smooth.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Stir it properly and ensure that there are no lumps. Once the batter becomes smooth, add in raisins, carrots, and nuts.
Put the batter in the greased can pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. Beat together cream cheese and butter. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix again till it becomes smooth.
Once the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Spread the frosting over the cake and decorate as desired.
