Ingredients
- 200 Gram Pasta Of Your Choice (penne, spaghetti, alfredo, etc.)
- 2 Cup Basil Leaves
- 3 Piece Garlic Cloves
- 0.5 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoon Pine Nuts or Walnuts
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt

Main Procedure
Step 1
Cook The Pasta: Boil water and add salt to it. Once boiled, add pasta and cook till the pasta is soft. Drain it, and reserve some water.

Prepare The Pesto: In a blender, add basil, garlic, pine nuts or walnuts, and parmesan cheese. Pulse until all the ingredients blend into a paste. Gradually add olive oil and make it smooth. Season pesto with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Combine Pasta And Pesto: Add pesto in a pan and let it cook for sometime. After that, toss in the cooked pasta and mix them together. Add the reserved pasta water to help coat the pasta evenly.

Garnish And Serve: Add the extra parmesan cheese over the pasta, and few fresh basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
