Ingredients
- 4 Cup Hot Water
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (fresh)
- 2 Tablespoon Orange Juice (fresh)
- 1 Piece Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Piece Star Anise
- 2 Piece Clove
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 3 Piece Black Peppercorn

Main Procedure
Step 1
Boil water in a kettle or saucepan.
Step 2
Add in cinnamon sticks, clove, black peppercorns, star anise, and ginger in it.
Step 3
Let everything come to a boil and allow the flavours to infuse for sometime.
Step 4
Pour in lemon juice and orange juice for extra flavour.
Step 5
Add in little honey to balance the sourness with sweetness. Mix everything well

You can also add lemon and orange zest for an added fragrance and flavour.
