Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 0.5 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Piece Ripe Banana
- 4 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
- 4 Tablespoon Unsweetened Applesauce or Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Pinch Salt
- 4 Tablespoon Chopped Nuts
- 4 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate Chips or Raisins
Main Procedure
Step 1
Set the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Take a large bowl and add mashed banana, honey or maple syrup, applesauce or coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir it properly to blend everything well.
Step 3
Take another bowl and mix rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in it.
Step 4
Slowly, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir it well. Add in chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and raisins.
Step 5
Scoop out spoonful of dough and place them on baking sheet. Then, flatten it slightly using fingers or back of the spoon.
Step 6
Bake it for about 15 minutes and wait till the edges are golden brown.
Step 7
Wait for the cookies to cool down for a few minutes. Enjoy them fresh or store in an airtight container.
