- 4 Piece Carrot (peeled, chopped)
- 1 Piece Onion (large, chopped)
- 2 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
- 2 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
- Cream (optional)
Main Procedure
Step 1
Take a deep pot and heat olive oil in it. Add onion and garlic cloves to it. Cook until they are soft and fragrant.

Add in chopped carrots, broth, and spices. Bring it to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Once the soup is cool, use a blender to puree the soup until its smooth.
