Ingredients

  • 4 Piece Carrot (peeled, chopped)
  • 1 Piece Onion (large, chopped)
  • 2 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 2 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs
  • Cream (optional)

Main Procedure

Step 1

Take a deep pot and heat olive oil in it. Add onion and garlic cloves to it. Cook until they are soft and fragrant.

Step 2

Add in chopped carrots, broth, and spices. Bring it to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Once the soup is cool, use a blender to puree the soup until its smooth.

Step 4

Season it with salt, pepper, and herbs. You can also add cream over the soup for an added flavour.
