Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 0.5 Cup Sliced Mushroom
  • 0.5 Cup Tofu
  • 1 Piece Carrot
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 3 Piece Garlic Clove
  • 4 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Green Onion (chopped)
  • Ground Pepper
  • Salt

Main Procedure

Step 1

Take a large pot and heat oil in it. Add in ginger, garlic, and mushrooms. Saute for about 4 minutes until fragrant.

Step 2

Add in the vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, carrots, and tofu. Stir everything well and simmer the flame.

Step 3

Add chilli paste and cook for about 10 minutes and wait for the flavours to blend.

Step 4

Add in cornstarch and water paste to thicken the cook. Cook it for a couple of minutes.

Step 5

Add sesame oil, salt, pepper, and green onions to enhance the flavour.

Step 6

Ladle the soup in bowls and enjoy it hot.
