- 12 Piece Jalapeno Peppers
- 225 Gram Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Piece Eggs
- 1.5 Cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Main Procedure
Step 1
Wash jalapenos properly and cut them in half. Remove the seeds to reduce heat.

Take a bow and mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno and fill them properly.

Once done, dip the stuffed jalapeno first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and then coat them properly with breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, you can repeat the same steps again.

Now, to bake preheat the oven in 200°C. Place the poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
