- 900 Gram Potato
- 4 Piece Garlic (minced, roasted)
- 4 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 0.5 Cup Milk or Heavy Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley or Chives
Main Procedure
Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Place them in a pot of cold and salted water. Bring it to boil. Simmer till the potatoes become tender.

Mince or saute garlic in batter. For a milder flavour, you can even roast them.
Step 4
Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them while they are warm. This will ensure a smooth consistency.

Add in butter, warm milk or cream, and the prepared garlic to the mashed potatoes. Stir everything well.

Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs to the mashed potatoes.
