Ingredients
- 2 Cup Dashi Stock
- 2 Tablespoon Miso Paste
- 0.5 Cup Tofu (cubed)
- 2 Tablespoon Green Onions (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Wakame Seaweed
Main Procedure
Step 1
Dissolve the instant dashi powder in hot water.
Step 2
Add the cubed tofu and rehydrated wakame seaweed to simmering dashi. Cook it for about a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Take a small ladle of hot dashi and mix it with miso paste in a small bowl. Stir this mixture into the pot. Make sure that you do not boil after adding the miso as it can lose flavour.
Step 4
Add in the chopped green onions and mix properly.
Step 5
Pour the soup into bowls and serve warm.
