Ingredients

  • 1 Piece Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Croutons
  • 0.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Piece Chicken Breast (grilled, optional)
  • 0.5 Cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Main Procedure

Step 1

Take a small bowl and whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and lemon juice to make the dressing.

Step 2

Wash the lettuce properly and then chop it. Pat it dry to keep make a crispy and crunchy salad.

Step 3

If you're using fresh bread for croutons, them cut in into small cubes, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in a pan. Wait till they turn golden brown and firm.

Step 4

Take a large bowl and add in lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese in it. After that pour the dressing and mix it gently. Make sure that all the ingredients are coated well.

Step 5

Add your protein like grilled chicken, tofu, or chickpeas for a more filling meal.

Step 6

Once done, add a squeeze of lemon for a zesty flavour and Parmesan for a delicious flavour. Enjoy this salad fresh.
