- 1.5 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 0.5 Cup Brown Sugar
- 12 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 Piece Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 0.5 Cup Raisins (chopped)
- 200 Gram FOR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Cream Cheese
- 0.5 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1.5 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Main Procedure
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking pan.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, sugar, brown sugar and oil until it's smooth.
Step 3
Add vanilla extract and grated carrots.
Step 4
Take another bowl and combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
Step 5
Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently.

Add nuts and raisins if you are using.
